I just want to praise God for ziplock bags!!! Packing is going pretty well so far. Was able to enjoy a very nice 4th with family and friends at my place. I did drag some of them along to a couple of stores for some last minute items. Or maybe I should say, items I waited until the last minute to buy. Not as if I just thought of them. They've only been on my list for at least a month now. All were very good sports about it, and were even glad to help. Shopping for moral support! I so appreciated their involvement. It doesn't really take a village to shop. But some great suggestions came out of it, and we worked together to find everything, and
that was really nice. Again, time to call it a day/night. Gotta get some rest before the big departure day. One more night in my own bed for a while. I hope to sleep well.
