My name is Mary Ann. I am an active senior widow who loves missions. I grew up in Michigan in a Dutch Reformed family and now enjoy the Evangelical Free Church family. I have three grown children. Raised in the church I made my personal acceptance of Christ at age 14, and total dedication of my life at age 18. Bible studies are my joy, and missions have become my passion since my husband’s graduation to Heaven 9 years ago. I have made numerous mission trips in many countries. When the request for this trip was made, I saw the need to care for Wycliffe babies, ages 1 and 2 – and a wonderful opportunity to be with full time missionaries whom I so admire. I look forward to getting to know and enjoy these little ones while their parents are in conference.
My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
